• Performance tracking and analytics

• Timed mock exam simulations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Keep your password secure and not share it with others

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

• Use the platform only for your own personal exam preparation

Sharing of account credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are offered on a fixed-term basis (3, 6, or 12 months). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the full subscription fee upfront

• Subscription access begins immediately upon payment

• Subscriptions are non-transferable

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the question bank. To request a refund, contact us at support@plasticsurgeryexams.co.uk within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plastic Surgery Exams platform, including questions, explanations, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Plastic Surgery Exams and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform

• Use the content for commercial purposes

• Share questions or answers publicly or with third parties

• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation

• Infringes the rights of any third party

• Interferes with or disrupts the platform's operation

• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

• Involves sharing, publishing, or distributing exam questions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. The platform is intended as a revision aid only and should not be used as a substitute for official study materials or clinical judgement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plastic Surgery Exams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
